ใครเป็นผู้เก็บข้อมูล

นราธิป ในนามแบรนด์ MAEN กรุงเทพฯ ประเทศไทย ("เรา") เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

เราเก็บอะไรบ้าง

• อีเมลที่คุณกรอกในแบบฟอร์ม "แจ้งเตือนฉัน"
• ภาษาที่คุณใช้บนเว็บ (ไทยหรืออังกฤษ) เพื่อส่งอีเมลเป็นภาษาเดียวกัน
• วันเวลาที่ส่งแบบฟอร์ม และการยืนยันว่าคุณยินยอม

เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

เพื่อแจ้งคุณเมื่อ MAEN Aim เปิดขาย และเมื่อมีงานที่ให้ลองเล่น เท่านั้น เราไม่ขายหรือให้ข้อมูลของคุณกับผู้อื่นเพื่อการตลาด

ความยินยอมของคุณ คุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ

ข้อมูลเก็บไว้ที่ไหน

อีเมลถูกเก็บในระบบแบบฟอร์มของ Netlify, Inc. ผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์เว็บไซต์นี้ ซึ่งมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่นอกประเทศไทย (รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา) เมื่อเราส่งอีเมลแจ้งข่าว เราอาจใช้บริการส่งอีเมลที่เก็บข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทยเช่นกัน

เก็บไว้นานเท่าไหร่

จนกว่าคุณจะขอให้ลบ หรือ 12 เดือนหลังเปิดขาย แล้วแต่อย่างไหนถึงก่อน

สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณขอดู ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบข้อมูล ขอให้หยุดใช้ หรือถอนความยินยอมได้ และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

Who keeps your data

Narathip, trading as MAEN, Bangkok, Thailand ("we"), is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

What we collect

• The email address you enter in the "Notify me" form
• The language you used on the site (Thai or English), so our email matches
• When you sent the form, and that you gave consent

What we use it for

Only to tell you when MAEN Aim goes on sale and where you can try it. We do not sell your data or give it to others for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored

Emails are stored in the form system of Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website, on servers outside Thailand (including the United States). When we send the launch email we may use an email service that also stores data outside Thailand.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after sales open, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, copy, correct or delete your data, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

What this site stores in your browser

The site only remembers whether you turned sound off and which language you chose, in your own browser. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts (Google Fonts) and the 3D code (cdnjs, jsDelivr) load from outside services, which see your IP address as part of loading any web page.
